摘要
肝移植对于挽救合并暴发性肝功能衰竭或药物不能控制的慢性肝功能失代偿期Wilson病(WD)患者的生命具有重要意义。同时,新的供肝肝细胞产生的有功能ATP7B蛋白可逆转移植受体体内铜代谢障碍,缓解甚至减轻神经系统症状。本文就WD肝移植治疗的适应证、手术方式和预后等进行阐述。
Liver transplantation provides a curable measure for Wilson＇s disease （WD） patients who failed in medical therapy or suffered from fulminating or chronic liver failure. Furthermore, after liver transplantation, the active ATP7B protein secreted from donor may reverse the disorder of cropper metabolism and relieve or lessen abnormal of central nervous syndromes （CNS）. This review describes transplant indications, alternative methods of transplantation and prognosis of liver transplantation for WD.
