摘要
水源保护地作为特殊的区域,对城市水资源的利用与保护起到至关重要的作用。文中在讨论指标体系构建原则的基础上,确立水源保护地可持续发展指标体系,确定指标权重与可持续发展综合水平,并对金庭镇2003～2007年可持续发展综合水平进行了评价。结果表明:自2003～2007年金庭镇可持续发展综合评价得分呈下降趋势。这充分说明金庭镇的可持续发展水平在减弱,应该引起政府有关方面的重视,采取有效措施来促进水源保护地的可持续发展。
As a special area,water conservation land plays a crucial role in the urban water resources utilization and protection,and is an inexhaustible motive force for the sustainable development of the city.On the basis of discussing the constructing principles of index system,this paper established an evaluation system for the sustainable development of the water conservation land,defined the index weight and the comprehensive level of the sustainable development.Finally,the comprehensive level of Jinting from 2003 to 2007 was evaluated.The results show that,from 2003 to 2007 the comprehensive level of the town is decreasing.Its change can fully explain that the level of sustainable development of Jinting is weakened.It should be a matter of great importance for the government concerned to take effective measures to promote the sustainable development of the water conservation land.
