摘要
巷道堆垛机是自动化立体仓库的心脏部分。阐述了巷道堆垛机控制系统的组成原理及PLC在堆垛机控制系统中的应用,给出了该控制系统体系结构、系统配置、定位检测技术、速度控制技术以及控制系统的软件设计方法及实现框图。应用表明,该控制系统操作简便,稳定可靠。
The stacker crane is the heart of automated storage and retrieval system.The architecture and principle of stacker crane control system and the application of PLC in this system are described.The architecture,configuration,position detection and speed control technology of the control system are presented.Its software design method and implementation block diagram are also given here.Applications shows that this control system makes a feature of easy to operate,automatic,stable and reliable.
