中国蛋白质组学领域研究现状及其国际地位——基于文献计量学的统计分析 被引量:1

The Current State and International Status of the Research in Proteomics in China --Based on Bibliometric Methods

摘要 本文以Web of Science和万方数据库为数据源,提取4个数据集作为数据样本,采用文献计量学等方法对蛋白质组学领域的论文进行了统计分析。从论文数量、作者、机构,以及研究主题等多个角度进行了分析和比较,揭示出中国蛋白质组学领域的研究现状、合作情况,以及在国际学术界的地位。 Based on the 4 data collections gathered in Web of Science and Wanfangdata, the literatures in the field of proteomics are analyzed using the bibliometric methods. Comprehensive analysis and comparison are made from the perspectives of the amount of papers, the authors, the institutions and the subject of papers, in order to reveal the current state and international status of the research in the field of proteomics in China.
