摘要
文章分析了山西省国有企业产权改革方向,在充分考虑国有企业现状的基础上提出了推进多元化产权结构和建立健全现代企业制度等改革措施,以及完善社会职能,培育发展具有较强国际国内竞争力的大公司大集团的改革思路。
According to analysis of the direction reform of stated-owned enterprises property rights in Shanxi Province, the paper tahes full account of the status of state-owned enterprises on the diversification of ownership structure and pushs forward the establishment of a sound modem enterprise system reform measures, improvement of the social functions of the cuhivate and development and international competitiveness of large companies and reform group.
