摘要
研究了在Cu2+、Mn2+催化下H2O2对甲基橙的降解效果。甲基橙模拟印染废水的最佳降解条件为:溶液pH值为7,反应温度为30℃,100mL质量浓度为10mg/L的甲基橙模拟印染废水,需加入1mL浓度为0.01mol/L的CuSO4溶液,15mL浓度为0.01mol/L的MnSO4溶液,2mL体积分数为30%的H2O2溶液。去除率达到96.85%。通过紫外可见光谱对反应过程中间产物进行了分析测定。
The effects on degradation of Methyl Orange by H2O2 in the presence of Cu^2+-Mn^2+ catalyst system were studied. The optimum degradation conditions for Methyl Orange were: solution pH 7.0,reaction temperature 30℃,copper sulphate solution 1mL (0.01mol/L),manganese sulphate solution 15mL (0.01mol/L),H2O2 solution 2mL (30% of volume fraction).Under these conditions,the degradation rate of 100mL Methyl Orange simulated printing and dyeing wastewater with mass concentration 10mg/L was 96.85%. The intermediate product during degradation process was analyzed by UV-Vis spectra.
