摘要
为了建立过热蒸汽焓值的计算模型,采用过热蒸汽热流量人工神经网络测量方法,在压力0.28MPa~10.0MPa,温度110℃~500℃范围内,采用计算机仿真技术,通过改进BP泛化性能,合理选择网络结构,并对焓的间接测量误差进行分析。分析表明,模型误差为1.62%。基于高精度过热蒸汽焓的模型,构造的热流量测量系统在应用中获得了良好效果。
In this study,a method for measuring the heat flow of superheated steam based on artificial neural networks is proposed for constructing numerical model of enthalpy of superheated steam.Within the pressure ranges from 0.28 MPa to 10 MPa,and the temperature ranges from 110 ℃ to 500 ℃,the indirect measurement error on enthalpy is analyzed using simulation.The results show that model error is 1.62%.Based on the model,a measurement system for heat flow is established and the accurate result is obtained.
