摘要
为了实现汽车车灯中钨、钼丝材料的连接,并使其满足高可靠性、耐热、耐疲劳性能优异等要求,采用了精密电阻点焊方法。分析车灯的结构和组成材料的焊接性;阐述精密电阻点焊的基本原理;介绍车灯的焊接工艺并对工艺参数进行了多组优化。实验结果表明,采用精密逆变点焊法获得的实际焊接成品率较高,焊接质量稳定性较好。精密逆变点焊机在车灯的焊接中较其他传统点焊机有明显的优势,有良好的推广应用价值。
In order to obtain joints with high reliability,excellent performance of heat resistance and fatigue resistance,precise resistance spot welding is used to join Tungsten and Molybdenum wire.This article introduces the structure of auto lamp and analyzes the weldability of its composition.The basic principle of precise resistance spot welding and the welding technology of auto lamp is expatiated.Parameter optimization experiment is done, the result shows that welding product rates is high and welding quality is stable. Compared with other traditional welding machine, this inverter welding machine has unique advantagesand is applicable widely.
