摘要
冲压、焊接是白车身制造的两大不可或缺的工序。好的白车身质量不仅需要好的冲压质量和焊接质量,更需要冲压和焊接的相互统一、包容。冲压所做的努力要围绕满足焊装和白车身整体要求,而焊装则要充分考虑冲压件的工艺性问题和模具的成本问题,对冲压要有包容性。冲焊一体化是新的白车身制造理念,是汽车开发同步工程的一部分。结合解放换代卡车车身工艺设计实例,从研究产品定位系统、尺寸精度和螺钉车验证方法等几方面阐述了车身冲焊一体化工艺设计的思路、方法和意义。
Stamping and welding are indispensable processes in automobile body manufacturing.High quality of body work need brilliant stamping and welding quality,also integration and containing each other.Stamping process should make effort to satisfy the whole requirement of welding process and body work ,while welding process should consider stamping parts and high cost of mold adequately.The integration of stamping and welding process is new body manufacturing concept, an important part of simultaneous engineering in automobile vehicle development.By combining application case of J6,the text elaborates method and significance of integration from product location system, the precision of specification and verification method of screw body.
