脱敏疗法预防固定桥基牙牙本质过敏50颗效果观察

摘要 目的:观察MSCoat脱敏剂预防固定桥基牙牙本质过敏的效果。方法:将固定桥基牙102颗分为观察组和对照组,对照组52颗基牙行牙体制备后,用氧化锌丁香油水门汀粘结临时冠,1周后复诊试戴粘结固定桥,观察组50颗在牙体制备后加用MSCoat脱敏剂进行预防性脱敏治疗,其余处理同对照组,比较两组治疗不同时期牙体敏感程度。结果:观察组牙本质敏感率低于对照组,牙体制备后即刻(χ2=37.98),粘结固定桥前(χ2=5.85),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSCoat脱敏剂预防固定桥基牙牙本质过敏具有较好效果。
