摘要
随着综采工作面的大型化,大功率异步电动机使用越来越广泛,设备起动对电网的冲击也日趋明显,影响了电网的供电质量。介绍了新柳煤矿241103工作面在供电系统设计、电气设备选型及安装过程中,分别采用软起动技术、提高供电电压等级、变频调速等方法来解决这一问题,在实际使用中达到了预期效果,保证了供电的可靠性和设备正常运转,满足了生产需要。
With the fully mechanized coal mining face large scale,more widely used high-power induction motors,equipment start its impact on power has become more evident,affect the quality of the electricity grid.Introduces the new power supply system of 241103 face in Xiliu mine,electrical equipment selection and installation process,were used to soft start technology,improve power supply voltage,frequency control and other methods to solve this problem,in actual use reached a expected results,ensure power supply reliability and normal operation of equipment,meet production needs.
