钢锭孔洞型缺陷的锻合及空心钢锭的锻造 被引量:9

摘要 对高径比 H0 / D0 =1.0的坯料镦粗变形时内部变形量进行了定量分析计算。并对钢锭中孔洞锻造时愈合方式及愈合所需变形量进行了定性定量分析计算。简述了空心钢锭内部缺陷特点 ,并在上述分析计算基础上 ,针对护环性能要求和冷变形生产需要 。 The internal deformation of the blank with height-to-diameter ratio H 0/D 0=1.0 during upset-forming has been quantitatively analysed and calculated,at the same time,the porosity closing way and the deformation required during forging have been analysed and calculated quantitatively and qualitatively.The characteristics of internal flaw in hollow ingots have been introduced briefly,and on the above analysis and calculation,in view of retaining ring function and cold deformation production requirements,the WHF forging process without upseting deformation has been made for forging retaining ring with hollow ingot.
