摘要
通过阶梯升温还原及等速升温还原实验,发现ZrO_2促进了熔铁催化剂的还原反应。少量的氧化钙与ZrO_2共存,更能促进催化剂还原的进行,这主要与ZrO_2以面心立方晶体Ca_xZr_(1-x)O_(2-x)(X<1)形式存在有关。此外,我们还发现K_2O的存在抑制了含ZrO_2熔铁催化剂起始还原反应的进行。但随着温度升高,反应速度加快,且很快达到最大值。
By means of temperature programmed reduction, a detailed study was made on the reduction behavior of fused iron catalyst containing ZrO_2. The addition of ZrO_2 facilitates the reduction of the catalyst.The influence of K_2O and CaO on the fused iron catalyst containing ZrO_2 was also discussed. If ZrO_2 and CaO are added together into the catalyst, the reduction of the catalyst was greatly improved. This might have resulted from the formation of the compound Ca_xZr_(1-x)O_(2-x)(x<1, CaF_2-type). The weakening of Fe-O bouds by ZrO_2 and the electron enrichiment of the surface might also contribute to this effect. It was found that K_2O existing in the catalyst containing ZrO_2 raised the initial reduction temperature, but the reduction rate increased rapidly with riseing temperature.
