摘要
对地网的局部电位差进行了研究，在建立计算模型的基础上，考虑各种因素的影响，通过EMTP程序计算，得出了适用的结论。
The partial potential difference of grounding grids is studied in the paper. Based on settingup computation module and in consideration of various influencing factors, appropriate conclusions aredrawn through calculation with EMTP.
