摘要
本文利用穆斯堡尔谱探索了五种铁化合物(FeS_2、Fe_2O_3、Fe_3O_4、FeSO_4·7H_2O、FeS)在扎赉诺尔褐煤液化反应中的变化及其催化作用。铁化合物在一定的液化条件下直接或通过过渡态FeS_2间接地转变为磁黄铁矿Fe_(1-x)S,同时有活性H_2S气体放出。新生Fe_(1-x)S是促进煤液化反应的活性物种。
The catalytic effects of five iron compounds on Zalaroure lignite hydroliquefaction have been investigated with a Mossbauer spectrometer. The coal liquefaction was carried out in a microau(?)oclave. The THF insoluble residue of liquefaction was dried at 110℃ for 2h and then pulverized to pass through 200 mesh. The residue was prepared to be analysed by a 50mCi^(57)Co/Pd Mossbauer spectrometer at room temperature. It was observed that under conditions of coal liquefaction,FeS_2 was transformed into pyrrhotite, and Fe_2O_3-S and Fe_3O_4-S were transformed into pyrrhotite directly or indirectly via the intermediate state of FeS_2.FeSO_4·7H_2O-S could not be transformed into pyrrhotite unless under severe conditions. Pyrrhotite was also formed from FeS-S, but its activity was low when thus formed.The catalytic actions were discussed. It was inferred that catalytic activity in coal liquefaction is attributed to Fe_(1-(?))S and active H_2S when iron-based catalyst is used.
