摘要
FH型腐植酸树脂系以风化煤腐植酸为主要原料,添加褐藻酸,用钙盐一步胶凝成型,在低温下缩合干燥而成。通过正交试验和方差分析确定FH树脂的最佳工艺条件,在该条件下合成的树脂吸附容量大、使用寿命长。抗Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)的干扰能力和选择性吸附能力强。保持FH树脂吸附性能的主要因素是酸洗脱和钙盐转型。FH树脂中的活性基团能与重金属离子进行离子交换、络合(或螫合)、表面吸附反应。
FH humic resin is mainly composed of humic acid from weathering coal. Its preparation steps include: adding alginic acid; congealing calcium-based resin by means of gelation; condensing and drying at low temperature. Optimal technique was determined by orthogonal test and variance analysis.The resin thus obtained is featured by large adsorption capacity, long life, indifferent to Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) ions, and good adsorption selectivity. The major factors for retaining adsorption capacity of FH resin are acid cleavage and modification with calcium. Active function groups in FH resin can react with heavy metallic ions in ion exchange, complexing(or chelating)and surface adsorption.
