摘要
综述了当前国内外蜂产品中抗生素残留的检测现状,指出了各种检测方法的特点及其发展趋势。
This paper summarized the general situation domestically and internationally on theassay of antibiotics in bee products,also pointed out problems to be solved during detection ofantibiotics and the research development in the future.
