公信力是政府的影响力和号召力,是政府发挥社会枢纽和示范作用的基础,政府获取公众信任的程度、人民群众对政府的满意度和信任度是政府行政的保障。政府只有具备较高的公信力,才能将依法治国与以德治国统一起来,正确处理改革发展与稳定的关系,进而促进经济社会的发展。
The government credibility is a government＇s influence and appeal of the socialist.And it is the basical security of setting a key social example,the level of gaining public credibility,the reflection of levels of people to government＇s degree of satisfaction and the confidence.The government only has the so higher public credibility that it can integrate the governing country by law and by morality,and deal with the relations of reforming、developing and stabilizing,and promote the of economy and society.
