摘要
在常压热天平上,以水蒸汽为气化剂,研究了三种褐煤及一种长焰煤快速热解半焦(简称快焦)的气化活性。结果表明,快焦具有较高的气化反应活性,是良好的气化原料。煤中内在的无机矿物质对气化反应表现出良好的催化作用。在快速热解过程中引入水蒸汽介质能使半焦活化,提高其气化反应活性,适宜的活化温度为800—900℃。由快焦气化得到的产品气体是良好的合成原料气。动力学考察表明,快焦与水蒸汽反应为一级反应,煤中内在无机矿物质的催化作用能显著降低反应活化能与指前因子。
Reactivity of four rapid-pyrolysis semi-cokes in steam gasification was investigated by means of thermogravimetric balance. Results showed that the rapid-pyrolysis semi-cokes are highly reactive in steam gasification. They are good raw materials for gasification, especially for producing synthetic gas. The mineral matter in coal possesses high catalytic effect on semi-coke gasification. The aclive components are. Ca, K, Na, Fe compounds. Rapid-pyrolysis in steam atmosphere could make semi-coke activated and increase the reactivity of semi-cokes. The suitable activated temperature is 800-900℃.The first order reaction fits the reaction between rapid-pyrolysis semi-coke and steam. Catalysis of mineral matter in coal substantially decreased the apparent activation energy and frequency factor.
