摘要
目的:探讨心理干预在老年下肢骨折患者中的护理效果,总结护理经验。方法:将80例老年下肢骨折手术的患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例,观察组采用心理干预,对照组采用常规护理方法,并比较二者的护理效果,例如抑郁和焦虑指数。结果:观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),如心理干预后抑郁和焦虑指数下降程度。结论:心理干预可以有效降低老年下肢骨折患者围手术期的抑郁和焦虑程度,提高患者舒适度和对护理质量的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the effects of psychology intervention on elderly patient with fracture in below limbs undergoing operation. Methods：80 patients were divided randomly into the investigation group （40 eases） and the control group （40 cases）. The former took the psychology intervention, the latter took the traditional nursing method, and compare the nursing effect of the two groups,such as the anxiety and depression index. Results：Comparing the results of two groups of patients,the nursing effect of intervention group was significantly higher than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, Such as decreased degree of depression and anxiety after psychological intervention. Conclusions： Application of psychology intervention on elderly patient with fracture in below limbs undergoing operation can reduce the anxiety and depression,improve their comfort and satisfaction to nurses,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
