摘要
通过查阅国内外相关文献,对影响断指再植成活的因素进行综述,主要包括致伤原因、热缺血时间、离断部位、指体保存、血管吻合质量、动静脉吻合数量、血管危象、麻醉技术、抽烟、贫血等。同时为广大医护人员提出应对再植失败的措施,从而提高临床断指再植的成活率。
The relevant literature on the factors that affect the survival of replantation reviewed,including causes of injury, warm ischemia time, from the broken parts that physical preservation, the quality of vascular anastomosis, the number of arteriovenous anastomosis, vascular crisis, anesthetic techniques, smoking, anemia. Also for the general failure of health care raised the question of replanting measures to improve the survival rate of chnical replantation.
