摘要
为纺制绢丝锦纶羊毛兔绒混纺针织纱,针对纤维特性,通过对纤维进行预处理,提高可纺性,合理配置各工序工艺及采取必要的技术措施,较好的解决了生产中静电现象严重,黏缠挂堵,成网成条困难,意外伸长及牵伸不开等问题,使纺纱顺利进行,成功纺制出绢丝/锦纶/羊毛/兔绒55/32/10/3 38.5 tex×2混纺针织纱线,质量达到了使用要求,获得了较好的经济效益。
To produce spun silk polyamide wool rabbit hair blended knitting yarn,according to fiber property,fiber was pretreated to increase spinnability,processing in each process was set rationally and necessary technology measure was adopted, problem of serious static electrical phenomenon, licking, winding, blocking, not easy forming web and sliver, accidental elongation and hard to draft et al could be resolved well, finally spun silk polyamide wool rabbit hair 55/32/ 10/3 38.5 tex×2 blended knitting yarn could be produced successfully,yarn quality could reach use demands and better benefit could be got.
