摘要
为探讨超声对新生儿肾上腺出血的诊断价值,本文分析了7例新生儿肾上腺出血患儿的超声图像特征,并与其它检查及临床相对照.结果:7例均于肾上腺区发现以无回声区为主的包块回声,其中2例经手术治疗,5例经保守治疗,全部证实为新生儿肾上腺出血.提示:超声对新生儿肾上腺出血的诊断、追踪观察及鉴别诊断具有较好的实用价值.
To study the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of neonated adreal hemorrhage, we analysed ultrasonographic characteristics of 7 cases of neonated adrenal hemorrhage, we compared it with other examinations and clinical. The results showed that 7 cases were all found masses of freeecho pattren in the adrenal areas. 2 cases were treated by surgical and 5 cases by nonsurgical. They were confirmed as neonated adrenal hemorrhage. Thus, our study suggests that ultrasonic imaging be a valuable procedure in the diagnosis, following observation and differential diagnosis of neonated adrenal hemorrhage.
