二维—彩色多普勒在视网膜中央动脉中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用二维一彩色多普勒,对160例正常人320只眼及36只异常眼,进行了视网膜中央动脉多项血流参数指标的检测,结果表明:正常人Vs 、NM、AS、Vd随年龄增加而逐渐降低,AT、PI、RI随年龄增加而增大.男女组及左右眼无明显差异p>0.05.异常组与正常组比较:Vs、Vd、As、NM均有显著差异P<0.01. Blood flow of the central retinal artery was quantitatively estimated in 160 normal subjects (320 orbits) and 36 abnormal orbits with two-dimensional Doppler ultrasound. The results showed that value of Vs. MN. AS. Vd appeared a tendency to decrease with aging and AT. PI. RI appeared a tendency to increase with aging, especially marked after 40 years. There is not statistically significant difference between sexes, between both eyes (P>0.05). There is statistically significant difference between normal and abnormal in Vs. Vd. As. MN(P<0.01).
