本文结合作者的教学实践．对如何根据教学和培训所要达到的目标精心选用不同的参与式教学方法并灵活地组合运用作了概述．
The author told his experience of selecting different participating methods in teaching and using them flexibly and compositely according to the goal of the teaching and training inthe light of his own teaching practice .
