摘要
基于300 MW循环流化床锅炉现场试验数据,采用最小二乘法进行拟合推导,提出了较为完整的锅炉负荷、床温和床压在不同工况下的阶跃响应模型.在此基础上分析了锅炉负荷、床温和床压的动态响应特性,阐述了相应的控制难点.分析结果为300 MW循环流化床锅炉的运行和优化控制提供了参考.
Based on the field test data of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boilers,a complete step response model for load,bed temperature and bed pressure under different conditions was proposed by use of least squares method.On the basis of the established model,the dynamic response characteristics of boiler load,bed temperature and bed pressure were analyzed,and the respective control difficulties were described.The analysis results may service as a reference for the operation and optimal control of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boilers.
