摘要
忻州市图书馆是山西省忻州市域内最大的图书馆,近年来由于硬件设施建设不足、办馆经费短缺、管理模式陈旧等问题使忻州市图书馆的发展陷入低谷。综合分析认为,忻州市图书馆改善经营管理的对策是加大资金投入、改善管理模式、创新服务手段、积极参与城市文化建设和加快建设"数字图书馆"。
Based on the analysis on current situation of the Xinzhou city library, this article points out three problems that make the development of the Xinzhou city library in difficulty. The Xinzhou city library should take some proper measures to improve its running state, such as putting the investment for the basic construction, improving the mode of management and service, taking part in the city culture movement, and fastening the digital information construction.
