摘要
本工作利用以硅胶G为固定相的薄层色谱技术分离试剂甲基紫,以氯仿、醋酸和0.1N盐酸的混合溶液为流动相,当三者体积比为2:2:1时,分离得到六个斑点,并用紅外光谱分析证明其结构的不同。此方法可用于甲基紫混合物的分离和提纯。
Separation of methyl violet is studied by thin layer chromatography using silica gel as stationary phase,the solvent system consisting of chloroform,acetic acid,o. 1N hydrochloric acid(2/2/1).The separation revealed the presence of at least six dyes in which clearer four dyes are Rf_1=0.74,Rf_2=0.62, Rf_3= 0.50, Rf_4=0.38. The separated components were identified by infrared spectrometry with a J SCD IR-810 infrared sepectrophotometer. Using the method to separa-te and purify methyl violet mixture,the merit is rapid and simple.
