摘要 为满足工业现场温度、应力参数测量与监控的需要,设计了一种基于STM32处理器的嵌入式温度、应力测量系统。阐述了系统的功能原理,设计实现了各功能模块并给出了相应的硬件电路及软件的实现方法。系统带有RS422串行口与远程上位机进行通信,实现远程上位计算机数据实时监控的需要。经工业现场实际应用,该测量系统各项技术指标均达到了设计要求。 To meet the needs of temperature, stress parameter measurement and monitoring of the industrial field, an embeded temperature and stress measurement system based on STM32 processor is designed. The paper describes functional theory of the system,designes and achieves the various functional modules,gives the corresponding hardware circuits and the method of software realization. System with a RS422 serial port is used to communicate with the remote host computer, this part reliazes the needs of remote host computer data real-time monitoring. The practical application of industrial field, the technical indicators of this measuring system have reached the design requirements.
