摘要
在CDIO工程教育理念的指导下,物流管理专业结合自身特点,提出PCS-CDIO物流管理人才培养模式。该模式以培养物流管理专业学生综合素质和能力为目标,在校内外实习实训基地的公司环境下,采取让学生"做中学,学中做"方式,培养学生的物流专业技能,为物流公司服务。
Under the guidance of the CDIO engineering education concept, combined with their own characteristics, logistics management specialty proposed the PCS-CDIO logistics management personnel cultivation mode. The mode take fostering integrated quality and capability of students as the goal, based on training in school and company environment, take＂learning by doing, learning to do＂approach to cultivate students＇ professional abilities for servicing the logistics companies.
