摘要
根据国内对《１９７２年国际海上避碰规则》修改意见中存在的“大改”和“小改”的意见提出了作者的一些看法．对“小改”意见主要讨论了三个问题，即雷达在船舶避让中的应用：ＶＨＦ协助避让的问题：关于高速船的避碰问题．
n the basis of suggestion of amending the International Regulation for Preventing Collision at Sea, 1972, authors raise some questions. In the paper, Three question are discussed.
