摘要 在盐分胁迫条件下,甜土植物小麦幼苗体内的脯氨酸含量明显增加,其幼苗地上部的含水量下降、根中的含水量稍增加,植株干重减少。然而,盐生植物碱蓬,在低盐浓度下,其幼苗体内的脯氨酸含量和含水量变化不大,而幼苗的干重多于对照,只有在高盐浓度(200mMNaCl以上)下,脯氨酸含量才明显增加、幼苗地上部分中的含水量下降、幼苗植株干重减少。 The proline contents of wheat (glycophyte) seedlings increased obviously, the water contents in the shoots of the seedlings decreased and that in the roots of the seedlings increased slightly and the dry weights of the seedlings decreased in salt stresses. In high NaCl concentrations, however, there were no great changes of the proline contents and water contents in the shoots of seepweed (halophyte) seedlings and the weights of the seedlings were more than that of the control plants, but in high NaCl concentrations, the proline contents in the seedlings increased obviously, the water contents in the shoots of the seedlings decreased and the dry werghts of the seedlings reduced with the increasing of the NaCl concentrations.
