摘要
简要介绍了基于性能的抗震设计思想,从性能设计的角度出发,论述了非结构构件的性能目标和设计方法,提出需要研究解决的若干问题,以期指导非结构构件抗震设计,实现基于建筑物的性能设计。
The aseismic design thinking based on performance was introduced simply,it started from performance design aspect,the performance goal and design method of nonstructural element was discussed,several problems need to be resolved were proposed so as to guide nonstructural element seismic design and realize based building performance design.
