摘要
为了建立科学的高职院校教师课堂教学质量综合评价体系,从教学组织、教学手段与方法、知识传授与能力培养、教学态度、教学效果5个方面建立课堂教学质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,结合灰统计模型和模糊评价模型完成评价数据处理。结果表明,通过对3位青年教师课堂教学质量进行综合评价,评价结果与日常经验一致,评价对象高度认可。该评价体系较好地克服了信息的灰性及判断的模糊性,评价效果良好。
To set up comprehensive evaluation system of vocational college teachers' classroom-teaching-quality,the classroom-teaching-quality evaluation indicator system is built from teaching organization,teaching methodology,knowledge dissemination and competence cultivation,teaching attitude and teaching effect,which determine the indicator weight by analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and to finish processing evaluation data by Grey Statistics Model and Fuzzy Evaluation Model.To make a comprehensive evaluation on classroom-teaching-quality for three young teachers,the result fit to their daily experience and the object get high acceptance.The comprehensive evaluation system fairly overcomes grey properties and fuzziness of information and the evaluation effect is better.
