摘要
为解决虎拉林矿区金矿样品加工后均匀性差的问题,进行样品加工流程实验,经过颚式破碎机—辊式破碎机—圆盘粉碎机破碎的金矿样品,采用圆盘粉碎机进行二次粉碎,然后再进行缩分和细碎,可以明显提高样品加工质量,有效解决样品分析结果合格率低的问题。
By way of resolving the problem of the poor homogeneity of the gold ore sample,Hulalin mining area,af-ter processing,we made the experiment of sample processing flow.The gold ore sample crashed by Jaw Crusher,Roll Crusher and Disc Crusher,we made secondary crush by Disc Crusher,then made sample splitting and fine crushing.So,the processing quality of the sample had increased obviously,and we could effectively settle the prob-lem of low qualified rate of the sample analyzing result.
