摘要
某地合成氨公司采用CASS+MBBR工艺处理厂区综合污水,当进水BOD_5、COD_(Cr)、NH_3-N、SS质量浓度分别为300、600、500、300mg/L时,设计出水BOD_5、COD_(Cr)、NH_3-N平均质量浓度分别为10、60、10mg/L,浊度为5NTU,达到《污水再生利用工程设计规范》中规定的循环冷却系统补充水水质标准。当生产不正常,水质情况恶化时,要求处理后水质达到《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13458-2001)要求后外排,不会对环境造成严重污染。
:A synthetic ammonia company treats integrate sewage water using CASS + MBBR process, as that designing average quality concentration of BOD5, CODCr, NH3 -N of effluent water is 10,60,10mg/L respectively,turbidity is 5NTU when average quality concentration of BOD5,CODCr, NH3 - N of influent water is 300,600,500,300mg/L respectively, achieving the stipulated criterion of recruiting water for circulating cooling system in "Code for design of wastewater reclamation an reuse". When production was irregular, water was deteriorated, treated water should achieve the requirement of "Discharge standard of water pollutants for synthetic ammonia" (GB 13458 - 2001 ), then its discharge will not pollute environment.
