摘要
通过对贵州织金新华磷矿磨矿细度的实验研究,分析了磨矿时间对磨矿细度的影响。实验结果表明:磨矿时间短,磨矿细度小,随着磨矿时间的延长,磨矿细度增加;根据浮选实验确定,磨矿的最佳时间为7min,磨矿细度为87.35%;磨好的矿样经充分混合取样分析表明,矿样P_2O_5含量为21.90%,MgO的含量为6.42%,稀土含量为0.0861%。
This paper based on the experimental studies of phosphorus rock's grinding fineness in XingHua,ZiJing GuiZhou. Mainly study of the grinding time' s effect on grinding fineness. The result shows: the shorter the grinding time, the smaller the grinding fineness, as the grinding time extended, the grinding fineness increased. As the Flotation Experiments confirmed. The best grinding time is 7 mins, the grinding fineness is 87.35% ; Good grinding ore samples by the well - mixed sample analysis shows that the P2O5 of the mineral aample takes 21.90%. MgO takes 6.42% and the Rare Earth Element takes 0.0861%.
