水分胁迫下高羊茅幼苗的生理适应性 被引量:6

Physiological adaptation of festuca arundinacea schreb seedlings under water stress

摘要 采用不同浓度PEG6000模拟水分胁迫处理6种高羊茅幼苗,测定了胁迫72 h后叶片叶绿素含量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性等抗旱指标,以综合评价6种高羊茅的抗旱能力。综合分析可知,6种高羊茅的苗期抗旱能力最强的是阳光宝贝。 This experiment studied the changes of physiological index of 6 breeds of festuca arundinacea schreb were treated with different consistency PEG-6000 solution for 72 hours.Physiology indexes of content chlorophyll and MDA,change of comparatively conductance ratio,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) were determined.Comprehensive evaluation drought resistance in seedlings of six species under water stress.The result showed that the drought tolerance of sun baby was better than others.
