摘要
理顺政府部门职责关系是我国目前行政管理体制改革面临的一项紧迫而艰巨的课题。它关系到我国行政管理体制改革的不断深化,政府行政效能的不断提高,也有利于打造服务型政府。改革开放30余年以来,我国在理顺政府部门职责关系中的成功探索,为我们在新形势下,如何以科学发展观为指导,进一步理顺政府部门职责关系提供了经验借鉴。
To make clear the relationship of functions and duties between government departments in China is one of the most urgent and arduous tasks in terms of reforming our current administraive management system. It relates to the deepening of China＇s administrative system, government administrative efficiency and improvement. It is also helpful to building a serviceoriented government. Ever since the adopting of reform and opening up for more than 30 years, China＇s successful exploration on the relationship between government departments has further provided lessons and experiences for us.
