摘要
阐述了不锈钢酸洗槽防腐施工所用材料,并以混凝土基础槽为例详细介绍了防腐施工工艺。不锈钢酸洗工艺选用的酸洗液一般为多种酸的混合物,主要有硫酸、硝酸和氢氟酸等,其腐蚀性很强且具有很强的氧化性,腐蚀介质的温度也比较高,因而对酸洗生产线设备和材料的耐蚀性能提出了很高的要求。酸洗槽防腐树脂选用S-156不饱和树脂,增强材料选用涤纶布、重晶石粉。防腐施工工艺介绍了混凝土表面的处理方法、防水过渡层的施工方法、防腐层的施工方法等。
The anti-corrosion stainless steel pickling trough of construction materials used,and as an example of concrete foundation trough detailed anti-corrosion construction technology.The acid scouring liquid always be acids mixture which was used in the acid scouring process with stainless steel,it contains sulfuric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and so on.The acids mixture has highly corrosive and very strong oxidizing,and it corrodes the medium with a high temperature.It requires a high anticorrosive capability for the producing equipments and material.The anticorrosive resin of acid scouring groove is unsaturated resin of S-156,the strengthen material are polyester fiber cloth and barite powder.The anticorrosive project process give the handling method of concrete surface,the construction method of waterproof filtering layer and anti-corrosion layer,etc.
