摘要
压缩气体容器物理爆炸时,大部分系统能量转化为空气冲击波.在TNT当量模型中,采用Brode方程、等熵膨胀、等温膨胀和热力学有效性等方法计算压缩气体爆炸能;考虑非点源影响,使用"虚拟距离"计算冲击波超压强度,并与AICHE模型计算结果进行对比.结果表明:采用热力学方法的"虚拟距离"TNT当量模型与AICHE模型计算的冲击波超压强度相近,热力学有效性方法的"虚拟距离"TNT当量模型和AICHE模型可较好地用于压力容器物理爆炸事故预测和安全分析.
When physical explosion of a vessel containing pressurized gas happens,most of the energy would produce a shock wave.The physical explosion energy in TNT models is calculated separately by Brode Expression,isothermal expansion,isentropic expansion and thermodynamic availability when using TNT models.Taking the effect of 'non-point source explosion' into account,the overpressure of the shock wave is calculated by 'virtual distance' TNT models.The result shows that the overpressure of the shock calculated by 'virtual distance' TNT models with thermodynamic availability is similar with AICHE model,and both models could be used in accident forecasts and safety assessment preferably.
