摘要
专利战略变化风险是专利战略与战略风险两个研究领域中新兴的课题,借鉴两者的理论研究成果,对专利战略变化风险的内涵进行界定,并通过对它与专利战略变化环境、专利战略的内部活动、专利技术创新及相关资源配备四个方面之间关系的探讨,构建专利战略变化风险因素模型,提出了四种风险类型.在分析不同专利战略变化风险类型产生原因的基础上,提出了风险管理控制机制.
The risk from the changes of patent strategy is new issues in the research fields of both strategy risk and patent strategy.Based on theoretical achievements of these two fields,it defines the risk from the changes of patent strategy,and discusses the relationships between the risk and other four aspects including external environment,technological innovation,inner activities of patent strategy,and the allocation of related resources.Furthermore,it builds the model of risk factors on the changes of patent strategy,and concludes four risk types.Finally,it puts forward the mechanism of risk management based on the causes for different risk types.
