摘要
目的探讨皮肤软组织深度损伤的治疗方法。方法收治皮肤软组织深度损伤患者22例,共用皮瓣27个,其中游离皮瓣9个,带蒂轴型皮瓣12个,局部皮瓣6个,皮瓣面积1.2cm×2.5cm～14.5cm×24.5cm。结果24个皮瓣完全成活,2个部分坏死,1个完全坏死。结论皮瓣移植仍然是深度创面修复的有效手段。
Objective To explore the methods of repair of massive deep skin and soft tissue injuries.Methods Twenty-two patients with deep skin and soft tissue injuries were hospitalized from January 2005 to July 2009.Among them,There cases were caused by burn,nine cases by electric injury,cases by avulsion injury,two cases by crush injury,and two cases by traffic accident.Twenty-seven skin flaps were raised to repair and reconstruct the injured tissues,including nine free skin flaps,12 distant pedicled skin flaps,and six local flaps.The area of skin flaps ranged from 1.2 cm×2.5 cm to 14.5 cm×24.5 cm.Results Twenty-four flaps survived completely,partial necrosis occurred in two flaps,and completely necrosis occurred in one flap.Conclusion Skin flaps transposition can be still considered as the major effective method in repair of massive deep skin and soft tissue injury.
