摘要
大港油田为了完善先导注采试验井网,在埕海一号人工岛井场设计与施工了张海34-17井。针对大位移井的摩阻和扭矩、大斜度大位移井井眼净化、相邻井的直井段井眼间距小、磁干扰、造斜段地层软、井眼轨迹控制中的钻压传递、套管下入等问题,以实际作业为主线,详细介绍了张海34-17井顺利完钻的成功做法及相关关键技术。技术实用性强,为今后该类井在实际生产中的发展与应用提供了宝贵的经验,体现了水平井提高油田开发效率的重要性。
To perfect the well pattern for pilot test in Dagang Oilfield,Well Zhanghai 34-17 was designed and operated in in Chenghai No 1artificial island. In allusion to the problems of borehole cleaning in frictional drags and torque,high deviation and extended reach wells,small distance of adjacent straight wells,magnetic interference,deflection in soft formation,weight -on-bit transfer in well trajectory control and casing setting,the effective and smooth drilling operation and related key techniques used in Well Zhanghai 34-17 were introduced in detail according to the practical operation. The techniques are highly practical and provide useful experiences for future development for similar wells,it indicates that horizontal wells are important for improving the efficiency of oilfield production.
