摘要
高凝油油藏由于其特有的相态变化,导致其开发过程和开发机理的复杂性。为了分析注水温度变化对高凝油渗流特性的影响,采用胜利油田王斜区块岩心和高凝油油样,进行了油相渗透率和流动能力随温度变化的试验研究,并测定了该油样的全粘温曲线,以评价温度变化对岩心渗透率的损害程度。通过降温和升温2个过程,采用原油驱替试验揭示了该区块高凝油油藏"冷伤害"机理是由于注水介质温度和储层特征共同引起的胶质、沥青质和石蜡复合作用的部分可逆伤害。最后给出了开发王斜区块高凝油油藏的技术对策。
High pour point reservoirs had a complicated production mechanism because of its unique phase state variation,to analyze the effect of water injection temperature changes on the percolation characteristics of high pour-point crude,cores and samples of high pour-point crude from Shengli Oilfield were used for an experimental study on oil permeability and its flow ability changed with temperature variation,and the full viscosity-temperature curve was detected. Through the process of temperature increase and decrease,a crude oil displacement test was used to reveal that the cold damage of reservoirs was induced by the combination reaction of asphaltenes,colloid,wax precipitates induced from water injection temperature and reservoir property. Eventually countermeasures for high pour-point crude development in Block Wangxie are provided.
