TRIZ理论在机械类本科毕业设计中的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 鉴于当前机械类本科毕业设计存在选题陈旧、模式固定且不利于创新的特点,在毕业设计环节中引入了TRIZ理论,进行以培养机械创新设计人才为目标的教学改革探索与实践活动。在论述了TRIZ理论的基本原理和方法基础上,针对机械类本科毕业设计的特点,构建设计系统的技术冲突模型,并提出其解决机制。结合螺栓法兰联结案例,详述运用TRIZ解决创新问题的过程,为机械类创新设计提供指导,实践效果证明该方法是行之有效的。
