摘要
目的:通过对病人满意度调查分析,找出影响满意度的主要因素,针对存在问题重新修订各项管理办法,完善质控标准及组织管理体系。以提高病人满意度为出发点,提升整体护理服务质量。方法:对2008年1月—2008年6月和2009年1月—2009年6月本院住院病人,采用问卷发放调查表无记名形式,对全院6个护理单元进行满意度调查。结果:总结出了2008年和2009年1月—2009年6月不满意项目数,利用百分比计算病人满意度,利用统计学方法进行比较对照。2009年1月—2009年6月病人满意度高于2008年同期,不满意项目数低于2008年同期。结论:通过各种管理方法改进及措施实施,2009年1月—2009年6月较2008年同期病人对护理满意度明显提高。
Objective: Analysis of patient satisfaction surveys to identify the impact of satisfaction with the main factors,there is problems for the revised approach to the management and improve the quality management system standards and organizations.To improve patient satisfaction as the starting point to enhance the overall care and service quality.Methods: January to June of 2008 and January-June the Court in 2009 patients using a questionnaire issued bearer form questionnaire survey of hospital nursing units 6 Satisfaction Survey.Results: The summed up in 2008 and 2009 are not satisfied with the January-June the number of projects,the use of percentage of patient satisfaction,use of statistical methods to compare the control.2009 January-June patient satisfaction is higher than the same period in 2008,not satisfied with the number of items is lower than the same period in 2008.Conclusions: Through a variety of management methods and measures to improve implementation in 2009 January to June than the same period in 2008 patients improved nursing satisfaction.
