摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的疗效。方法:对30例浆细胞性乳腺炎病人,给予内服中药阳和汤加减,并配以外治法(箍围、引流、手术、乳头矫形术)进行治疗。结果:阳和汤联合外治法治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎,治愈率96.67%(29/30),复发率为3.33%(1/30)。结论:中西医结合治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的治愈率较高,复发少,并能保持良好的乳房外形,值得推广。
Objective： To study combined therapy with Chinese and western medicines intreating plasma cell mammitis.Methods： A total of 30 case of plasma cell mammitis received this form of combined therapy which surgical intervention （legation,drainage,operation,etc） combined with the administration of a herbal formula＂Yanghe Tang＂.Results： A curative rate of 96.67%（ 29/30） was achieved,recurrence occurred in one patient only.Conclusions： Surgical intervention combined with the administration of the herbal formula ＂Yanghe Tang＂,demonstrates its significant efficacy in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis by a high rate,a lower currency rate,and a satisfactory shape preservation.
