摘要
生物化学课程是高等学校生物系的专业基础课程,其教学目的在于使学生系统掌握生物化学的基本理论和基本技能,熟练掌握生物大分子的结构、性质、功能以及生物体内的变化规律,提高学生运用基础知识来分析问题和解决问题的能力,为后续学科学习打下扎实的基础。因此教师在教学中,要从组织教学内容上突出基础性和强调时代性;在教学上做到方法多样化、手段科学化,不断地让学生接受新的技术与方法,进一步提升学生的动手能力。
Biochemistry is a fundamental specialized course offered by the Department of Biology. Its purpose of teaching is to make the students master the basic theory and skills, in addition, be familiar with the structure, character, function and law of changes in the Organism for improving their ability to use basic knowledge in analyzing and solving problems as well as building up a solid basis for further study. Therefore, teachers should highlight the basic elements, emphasize the times, enrich the teaching methods, with the purpose of making the students to accept the new technologies and ways continually and further enhance their practical abilities.
