学前教育专业学生专业思想状况的调查与分析——以长沙师范学校为例 被引量:5

摘要 对长沙师范学校学前教育专业学生专业思想状况的调查显示,当前学前教育学生专业思想的主流是健康的,但存在的问题也不可忽视:专业认识不足、专业情感和职业信念不强、专业学习动力不足以及专业思想不稳固等。为此,政府部门应出台政策提升幼儿教师的地位,保障幼儿教师的基本待遇,从源头解决学前教育专业学生专业思想教育的问题;学校应发挥教育的主导作用,融“知、情、意”于一体,开辟学生专业思想教育的新途径。 The specialty thought education of normal students should be an important regular issue. We have made a survey of specialty thought education of preschool education students in Changsha Normal College. And the data show that the mainstream thinking is healthy, but that some problems should not be ignored. First, the students are lack of professional knowledge. Second, their professional emotion and professional belief is not strong. Third, professional learning motivation is low and professional thinking is unstable. Therefore, the administrations need to carry out policies promoting kindergarten teachers' social status to ensure their basic treatment. Colleges need to play a leading role in education, integrating ' knowledge, emotion and ideas', finding a new approach to the specialty thought education of normal students.
